Inventory

In our Des Moines office, we are proud to operate a warehouse built to meet the needs of our customers. Inside, you’ll find a large parts warehouse stocked with a full inventory to help keep your equipment running smoothly. We also keep new machines on hand to support our commercial laundry sales and service in the Des Moines area. When those unexpected “emergencies” arise and you need a washer or dryer right away, we’re ready to help.

Service Schools

Every year, RJ Kool hosts factory-attended service schools in Des Moines to empower you and your team. We bring in factory representatives for a full day of training focused on helping you learn how to service and maintain your equipment. We believe in giving you the knowledge to handle simple repairs in-house. This saves you time and money, and we know managing every dollar matters just as much to you as it does to us.
